Your responsibilities:

- Providing general sales support to the channel Team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; by answering questions, and resolving problems,

- Work with incoming requests from non-managed partners (calls, emails),

- Maintain and update partner database (reactivation of inactive partners),

- Providing necessary information to new partners to support a successful start of Client sales.

Our requirements:

- Excellent command of German and English- both mandatory,

- Proficiency in MS Office,

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving,

- Understand client's needs,

- Good communication skills.

Optional:

- Self-education on sales and technical related matters,

- Negotiation skills.
