Business Development Manager – IT Services and Software
What challenges you are going to face?
- Searching for new clients on the European and/or Polish market
- Sales of IT solutions (including those based on the Salesforce.com and Cornerstone OnDemand platforms)
- Sales of IT Outsourcing services in the Managed Service and Team Leasing models
- Building long-term business relationships with clients
- Realization of agreed sales plan
- Developing offers tailored to the needs of customers
- Conducting sales presentations
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Close cooperation with Delivery, Recruitment, Lead Generation and Marketing
departments
What do we expect from you?
- Min. 2 years of sales experience in SW solutions and IT services
- Readiness for regular trips
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategy
- Effectiveness in building long-term relationships with clients
- High level of commitment, creativity, and independence
- Analytical thinking
- Communicative English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus
