- Fluent English - this is a must
- At least 3 years of similar experience, preferably in the international sales
- Professional services sales background in the IT industry
- Ability to construct and execute business processes
- Ability to build trust with presence and body language
- Ability to follow sales processes and create measurement reports for targets
- A network of IT relevant connections
- Willingness to travel (when possible)
- Experience with the professional services sales - researching, prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification - is a big plus

What will your responsibilities be in this position:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients around the world
- Market analysis and acquiring new global contacts
- Enhancing the business processes in close cooperation with the CEO
- Negotiating terms of cooperation
- Identification of new development opportunities for the company
- Converting leads to clients - within the first 6 months there will be targets to be met
