We are currently looking for talented individuals to grow with our team as: Junior Customer Service Specialist


Responsibilities:

·         Providing a responsive, proactive client and customer focused End User Support service

·         Providing support for internal and client procurement related queries and second line assistance for offshore teams

·         Undertaking query management and resolution in relation with key areas of responsibility

·         Producing various client-specific reports in Excel

·         Managing work volume to the necessary timescales/SLAs

·         Liaising with Service providers/customer service desks and end users when required

·         Providing first time call/query management resolution, wherever possible

·         Uploading data to agreed Capita systems i.e. SAP, and other system tools

·         Resolving queries and/or having the knowledge of how and who can resolve the query 


Requirements:

·         Very good level of English (both spoken and written)

·         Highly computer literate, including accurate data input with a good level of Excel knowledge

·         Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills

·         Ability to work as a part of a team and individually

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritise work to achieve deadlines

·         Keen on developing your English skills

·         Customer Service background (would be considered an asset)

·         Self-motivated and proactive

·         Positive and confident approach
