Our Client is well known company with the center focused on financial processes, based in a very attractive location in Cracow.

Currently we are looking for Candidate to join Administration Department at the position of Office Coordinator- Receptionist.

While working at this role, you will be responsible for supporting administration area- meetings organization, manage calendars, organise business trips and events for all Cracow center employees, ordering office supplies, supporting HR Manager and on-boarding process for new joiners. Your job would be also connected with customer support, for example answering phones and emails, directing calls or taking messages if needed.

An ideal Candidate speaks English at C1 level and has excellent communication skills. Previous working experience at similar role is nice to have, but not a must- for us the most important are communication skills and positive attitude. We are looking for Candidate with pro-active attitude and with strong organizational skills. 

The company offers very attractive salary and package of benefits.

Please be informed that you will sign a fixed-term contract for 18 months, with a possibility to prolong it.
