Technical Support with German- 1st line Miejsce pracy: Kraków (małopolskie) Nr ref.: 1098163 For our Client- rapidly growing SSC in Cracow, we are looking for German speakers to join newly created IT Support team. 

While working at the position of Tech Support, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving both software and hardware problems. You will be managing issues and prioritising them in ticketing/ monitoring system. Your job would be to solve internal Client problem via phone or email. The role is based in-house, so that you will be supporting our Client's employees in DACH region only. 

We are looking for Candidates with fluency in German and at least communicative English language. Basic IT knowledge would be an asset, but is not a must; Right now we are building new team and we are looking for both experienced Candidates as well as fresh graduates, that are interested in the world of IT.
