Customer Service Team Manager Miejsce pracy: Kraków (małopolskie) Nr ref.: 1095004 For our Client, BPO company based in Kraków, we are currently looking for Customer Service Team Manager.

Team Manager will be responsible for managing the team of Customer Service and Administration Officers. More specifically, while working there, you will be responsible for preparing reports of the Team activities; analyzing KPI’s, SLA’s, and Quality; Being the first point of contact in case of difficult cases/ escalations; taking care of career paths alongside the Team; You will be also first point of contact for Clients (no need for business- development).

We are looking for Candidate with at least 2 years’ experience at similar role (managing the team of at least 10), excellent Polish and English language skills and great people management skills. Knowledge of Spanish/ German/ Italian or any other European language would be an advantage, but is not a must.

As you will be taking care of some MI activities, advanced Excel is a must.

An ideal Candidate works effectively under pressure of time, is flexible and knows how to motivate the Team.
